LIFT HIIT is a Strength class consisting of functional strength movements. It is designed for developing muscular endurance, joint stability, power and strength. A LIFT HIIT class can range from working sets of 10-15 reps per minute for 3-5 minutes per exercise in a circuit style format, or be entirely based on timed intervals. The movements are always functional in nature, incorporating strength movements with barbells, dumbbells, kettle-bells, sandbags and your own body-weight. A Battle class will range from working intervals of 20, 40 or 60 seconds with varying rest intervals. This is real Cardio. The Cardio movements are always functional in nature, incorporating plyo-metics, body-weight, agility and stability exercises. Returning to training after 3 years felt impossible before I tried out Hybrid Zone. Their training techniques ensure classes are upbeat and fun - by the end of the class you have burned serious calories and it feels like you've only been training for 5 minutes when in reality you've just completed a serious workout. They really know their stuff and I would recommend that anyone who is serious about getting back into shape or wants to change it up to JOIN NOW. All this for one low price per week. Easy to use software enables the end user to schedule their week with the option to cancel/change with a touch of a button if necessary. HUGE VALUE FOR MONEY right here people! 5 stars to Hybrid Zone!
