MEMBERS GET REVENGE!

Each week the members of The Hybrid Zone get the opportunity to seek revenge on their trainers for their efforts. Check out some of the weekly videos below!

40 BURPEES

In the first weekly revenge video of the series, Shane has agreed to perform 10 burpees (chest to ground) for every person who earns over 1000 MEPS (Myzone effort Points) with an average effort of over 65% in the week, there were 4 members achieve this, so 40 Burpees it was! check it out!

420 double unders

In this video Shane agreed to do 20 double unders for each person who earnt over 1000 (Myzone Effort Points) with an average of over 65% in a week. The members managed to earn Shane 420 Double Unders!! an absolute killing. CHECK IT OUT!

SLED RUN - 14 laps

In Video 2, Shane has agreed to run 2 laps (40m) of the sled track with the 50kg sled for every person who earns over 1000 MEPS (Myzone effort Points) with an average effort of over 65% in the week. There were 7 people achieve over 1000 MEPS so it was 14 Laps (280m). Check it out!                  

30 slam burpees

So if you've never done a Slam burpee before you have to know that they are 10x harder than a standard burpee. To perform 30 of them in a row as hard as you can, is definitely an excellent Quick HIIT cardio routine. Check this one out! 

700M ROWER

In Video 3, Shane has agreed to row 100m at Level 10 on the concept 2 rower for every person who earns over 1000 MEPS (Myzone effort Points) with an average effort of over 65% in the week.
